High School Singers
Ok, high school singers. You are seriously some of my favorite singers to work with. So much potential. So much fun. SO much growth to come over these four years. These are truly exciting times!
So if you are trying out for solos in choir or wanting to get into the musical...maybe you're even aiming for a lead role? Or you might be considering a performance degree/career in vocal performance or music theater?
My experience as a successful teacher and coach of hundreds of high school singers can help you -- whether it's getting into the ensemble or prepping you be ready to pursue music and performance in college.
Avocational Singers
Choir singers? Singer-songwriters? Community theater thespians? Love to sing in the shower? Maybe just wondering if you can sing? (I'll give you a hint...yes, YES you can!)
It's a joy to work with singers who are interested in singing because it compiements their lives and it's an important part of who they are. But for many, singing would be even more enjoyable if it felt easier and more effortless. So many people love to sing but don't always love how it feels. Do you wish you had more range, freedom, power, ease, focus? These are absolutely things that you can develop in your voice and no, it's not too late.
Have fun singing while learning how your voice works and why it does what it does. I believe EVERYONE can sing and enjoy their singing. Just bring an open mind, a willingness to try new things, and a little courage...you'll be amazed at what you can do!
